The Caracas metro was opened to the public on January 2, 1983, and today it is approximately 54 km long along four lines. It has integration with the Venezuelan Metrobus system, which serves parts of the city that the previous system did not cover. This subway line solved a great problem that was very disturbing the life of the citizens of Caracas, so it was extremely necessary to guarantee the safety of the population against accidents that could be caused by infiltrations and molds.
PGG was activated to treat such infiltrations along all the structures through which the trains circulate.
